2. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in trading-related activities in your jurisdiction.

3. License to Use:
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the services solely for your personal use.

4. Prohibited Uses:
You may not:
-Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute access
-Relay signals, webhooks, or outputs to third parties
-Reverse engineer, copy, or derive competing products
-Use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Termination:
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
Services are provided “as is.” No guarantees of performance or profitability.

7. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for trading losses or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Vantage Stack, LLC (“Vantage Stack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides licensed trading software, analytical tools, documentation, and educational content for informational and educational purposes only. Vantage Stack is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), commodity pool operator (CPO), or futures commission merchant (FCM), and does not provide investment advice, trading advice, or personalized recommendations.
Nothing provided by Vantage Stack constitutes, or should be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, derivative, or financial instrument. All information and software are provided on a general, non-personalized basis.

You acknowledge and agree that all trading decisions, risk management decisions, execution choices, and outcomes are solely your responsibility. By using Vantage Stack software, content, or services, you expressly assume all risks associated with trading and software usage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage Stack, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, data loss, system failures, delays, execution errors, or technical malfunctions, arising from or related to the use of our software, content, or services.
All software and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Vantage Stack software products are for entertainment and educational use only.
By accessing or using Vantage Stack software, content, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and risk disclosure in full.

Vantage Stack, LLC is not a financial institution, broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary, and is not registered as such with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), or any state or federal regulatory authority.

Vantage Stack, LLC licenses software tools only. It does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trade recommendations, trading signals, or personalized guidance of any kind.

All software provided is rules-based and non-discretionary. Vantage Stack, LLC does not access, manage, monitor, or control any user brokerage, trading, or financial account, and does not place trades on behalf of users.

Any trading activity conducted using licensed software is performed solely at my direction and discretion, and I remain fully responsible for all trading decisions, risk management, compliance with applicable laws, and resulting profits or losses.

No information provided by Vantage Stack, LLC should be construed as investment advice, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a recommendation of any trading strategy or financial instrument.

I understand that past performance of any system, strategy, or software is not indicative of future results, and that trading involves substantial risk of loss.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining whether use of the software is appropriate for my financial situation, experience level, and risk tolerance.

Software License Grant:
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies, Vantage Stack, LLC (“Company”) grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Company’s proprietary software, indicators, strategies, automation logic, scripts, algorithms, documentation, and related materials (collectively, the “Software”) solely for your personal or internal trading use during an active subscription period.
The Software is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights, title, or interest in the Software are transferred to you.
License Restrictions:
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not, directly or indirectly:
copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, logic, or structure of the Software;
resell, sublicense, lease, rent, distribute, share, or make the Software or its outputs available to any third party;
relay, broadcast, or mirror signals, alerts, webhooks, automation outputs, or system logic to other accounts, users, or services;
use the Software to operate, support, or provide any commercial service, signals group, managed account, or third-party trading offering;
circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, subscription enforcement, safeguards, or technical limitations.
Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and results in immediate termination of the license.
Intellectual Property Ownership:
All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and proprietary methodologies, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Vantage Stack, LLC and its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any rights in or to the Software except for the limited license expressly set forth herein.
Subscription-Based Access and Revocation
Access to the Software is provided on a subscription basis and is conditioned upon timely payment and compliance with these Terms. The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for non-payment, policy violations, misuse, or risk management concerns.
Upon termination or expiration of your subscription for any reason, all rights granted under this Software License immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Software.
No Warranty; No Guarantee:
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
The Company does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular trading result or outcome.
Survival:
The provisions of this Software License relating to intellectual property ownership, license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and enforcement shall survive termination of these Terms and any cessation of access to the Software.

Known Issues & Platform Limitations Page: https://vantage-stack.com/known-issues/. Our trading system is an automated software tool that interacts with third-party platforms, brokers, and prop firms. Like all automated systems, there are known limitations, edge cases, and scenarios where system behavior may intersect with prop firm or brokerage rules in ways that could result in rule violations if not properly understood and configured.

The Known Issues page outlines examples of these scenarios — including contract-type exposure (e.g., micro vs. mini), order behavior, recoup mechanics, news restrictions, and automation dependencies — to help you understand where additional care and configuration may be required.

This information is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Prop firm and brokerage rules vary by provider and change frequently. You are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and complying with the current rules of your broker and prop firm, and for confirming any questions directly with them.

Subscriptions and fees are non-refundable. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to:
-monthly subscription fees;
-partial billing periods;
-unused time;
-cancellation after billing;
-dissatisfaction with performance; or,
-changes in market conditions.

In rare cases, Vantage Stack may issue a refund at its sole discretion, such as:
-duplicate charges;
-verified billing errors; or,
-technical access issues that prevent use of the -service and cannot be resolved.

Any discretionary refund:
-is not guaranteed;
-does not set a precedent; or,
-may be partial or full at our discretion.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Vantage Stack may result in:
-immediate termination of access;
-permanent removal from Vantage Stack services; or,
-forfeiture of any remaining subscription time.

We strongly encourage users to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns before disputing charges.
